There are many reasons in life that require assistance. Both in psychological counseling and coaching, the focus is on personal growth and development. Together, we awaken your strong potential for direction, confidence, balance, and success, enabling you to overcome changes and challenges.
What constitutes a crisis varies from person to person. However, a significant characteristic is that we become emotionally unbalanced when we are faced with events or circumstances that overwhelm us, either in the short or long term. This is not the same for everyone: some people are more easily thrown off balance than others. What is essential is that we avoid criticizing ourselves, but instead focus on finding solutions and standing by ourselves in light of opportunities.
Our entire life consists of relationships: with ourselves, with partners, with relatives, with friends, with colleagues, with employees, with supervisors, and with people we encounter temporarily or regularly. Relationships make life worth living. They can be fulfilling, hurtful, or frustrating. They make us sad, happy, alive, angry, and many more. When they work well, we give them little thought. But when relationships are subtly or openly fraught with conflict, they can really spoil our mood.
Conflicts are emotionally taxing. Usually, conflicting values, needs, desires, goals, and expectations clash with each other. Typically, those involved try to solve a conflict at the level of the issue and soon reach their limits. However, it is important to examine the conflict exactly at the level where it takes place. Building mutual understanding and then focusing on solutions is essential.
Let’s talk about it.
I look forward to seeing you!
